Few skincare brands carry as much history as Nivea, and the Q10 Anti-Wrinkle 60+ Night Cream is one of the most popular budget night creams aimed at mature skin. We spent several weeks with it to see whether the promise holds up.

Texture and feel
The first thing you notice is the richness. This is a thick, old-school night cream, and on dry skin in winter that can feel comforting. On combination skin, however, several of our testers found it sat on the surface long after application, leaving a greasy film on the pillow rather than sinking in.
The fragrance question
The scent is unmistakably present. If you enjoy a classic perfumed cream you may not mind, but for reactive or sensitive skin — which mature skin often is — a strong fragrance is a real drawback, and it was the most common complaint in our panel.
Did it do anything for wrinkles?
As a moisturizer, it does its job: skin feels softer in the morning. As an anti-wrinkle treatment, results were far less convincing. Over our test period we saw little measurable change in fine lines, which matches what many long-time users report: pleasant hydration, limited visible correction.
Our verdict: Good — 4.0/5
An honest budget moisturizer from a trusted name, best suited to very dry skin that tolerates fragrance well. If your goal is visible anti-aging results rather than basic comfort, there are better options at a similar or slightly higher price.
